Refunds: Refunds are accepted for store credit only; you are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be returned within 14 days of you receiving your package. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging with the tags in the original location.
Facemask & Sale Items: Due to health concerns, facemask are not eligible for return; sale items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return. Items purchased with a promo code that was not from the Sale section are still eligible for return as store credit.
Damages: any items received must be reported within 3 days from when you receive the item. No exceptions will be made for this, so please always check your items when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item please email the picture to southernleatx@gmail.com , in the subject line please put Return: (Invoice#) we will get back in contact with you 24-48 hours.
Please note colors may vary from screen to person, this is not considered a damaged item.
