Return Policy




If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase please read our policy to see if your item is eligible for return/exchange. (If you have received a defective or damaged item please email us with a photo so we can issue a replacement). Email is our best form of contact.


- Please contact us via email within 10 days from the delivery date for a return form, and a return approval number #. (returns will not be approved after 10 days).
- Return request email must include the following: order/invoice #, description of item(s), and a reason for return.

- Regular priced clothing items are eligible for return for an in store credit, or exchange. In store credit will be issued in the form of a discount code via email and will never expire.
- Sale items & Jewelry/Hats/Undergarments are not eligible for return. (earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.)
- Once we have approved your return and provided a return form & return approval # via email, please ship return within & no later than 7 business days.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Please allow anywhere from ~1-3 weeks for return processing.
- (In store credit will be emailed to the email address associated with your order. - Please make sure the email on file is correct. In store credit does not expire, and can be used towards your next purchase. Please note: in store credit works towards the merchandise total only (subtotal), it does not reflect towards the shipping costs or tax.)
Ex. If you sent back an item valued at $39.99 then you will get an in store credit to shop for something else for that same amount. (If you still have some remaining credit after you used the code, you will have to email us to get a new in store credit code for the remaining amount left.)


- No order cancellations please! Orders begin processing right away and shipping department will not be able to retrieve an order that is processing.
- No returns on the following: accessories (jewelry, scarves, gloves, purses, hats, etc)
- No returns on SALE items, seasonal items (Thanksgiving/Christmas items).
- No returns on custom ordered items (clothing,bags,decals)
- Regular priced clothing is eligible for return for in store credit, or exchange. - Shipping costs are not credited back.
- Returns must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, without odors such as cigarettes/perfumes/etc. and tags attached. - Items not sent in original condition will not be accepted and customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Any packages sent without return approval # will be subject to refusal.
- If you feel you received a damaged/defective item please contact us asap along with photo(s) of the item so we can replace it.
