SECTION 1 - EMAIL ADDRESS

**Before checkout please double check address and email spelling**

This is very important to make sure you receive all emails regarding your order, and to make sure your order is going to be delivered to the correct address. Southern Lea is not responsible for wrong delivery of items if the incorrect address was provided at checkout. Please contact your local post office to locate/retrieve your package.

After you have placed an order please check your email for an order confirmation. Email us if you did not receive one, so we can make sure your info is correct.

SECTION 2 - ORDER PROCESSING

Southern Lea is a high volume online store and we try to process orders in the order in which we receive them. We greatly appreciate your patience as we fulfill orders.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING TIMES

The average order will ship within 3-5 business days (not including weekends/holidays), sometimes sooner or longer depending on order volume at that time.

SECTION 4 - EXPEDITED SHIPPING

- If you need an order by a certain date please email us at southernleatx@gmail.com or Facebook inbox us here to see if we can accommodate your shipping requests.*** we can get you an express shipping estimate if you need your order by a certain date.

- Please send photos of the item(s) in your cart, the shipping address, and the date you need it by via email: southernleatx@gmail.com . Rush or Express shipping (1-2 day delivery via USPS starts at $25 and up depending on weight and distance of package.)

- We can not guarantee express shipping is available for all items.

- If you need an order before a certain date please let us know ahead of time via email: southernleatx@gmail.com or via Facebook Messenger Southern Lea so we are aware of it and can try our best to accommodate your request.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING PROVIDER(S)

Southern Lea uses USPS first class mail and priority mail which includes free tracking. Large boxes might ship UPS ground. All tracking info is automatically emailed to the email provided at checkout. If there is any typo in the email address, chances are you will not receive your order notifications.

SECTION 6 - AFTER SHIPPING

Southern Lea does not assume responsibility for packages once left our hands. Southern Lea is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office or mail carrier if you have issues with the delivery of our package.

SECTION 7 - PACKAGE HANDLING

Please carefully open package upon delivery, we suggest not to use scissors as this can increase the chances of damaging a clothing item. Southern Lea is not responsible for items that are damaged from this.

SECTION 8 - BACK ORDER / PRE-ORDER

If you have an item that did not ship and it is on back-order or a pre-order item shipping times may vary.*** You may cancel a back order at any time for a store credit or refund.
